The Word Mapping Project is organized into three levels designed to align with typical grade-level expectations: Level A generally corresponds with Grade 3, Level B with Grade 4, and Level C with Grade 5. However, these levels are flexible and can be used across a wide range of learners. While the structure aligns with elementary grades, the vocabulary and word study are intentionally rigorous, featuring complex, high-utility academic words and rich morphological analysis. Because of this, all levels are appropriate for use at the secondary level, particularly for students who benefit from explicit instruction in morphology, vocabulary, decoding, and spelling.

Once purchased, you will have immediate access to the PD course and curriculum. The first 6 units will be available in your course library. Additional units are currently being finalized and will be added on a rolling basis, with all revisions completed within 6 weeks.
